Burçak Spices; aims to offer the customers the taste of spices by packing them in certain sizes, with 20-25 employees in a short time with the production made in a modest factory with completely handcrafted, customers' taste is won. 1995's

Burçak and the other 2 companies have decided to invest in the chocolate sector. Within a short period of three months, he built a one-line chocolate factory and a single-line wafer factory. Despite being new in the sector, the company, which is managed by people who know the business, will soon become a brand desired by Central Asian countries.

Over time, the company will invest in gum and confectionery areas with new lines. After that, Mr. Fahri and his two friends focus on the chocolate industry. They sold Burçak brand. After these developments, the company grows rapidly. The production started with 30 workers in a closed area of ​​400 sqm, with an open area of ​​15000 sqm 10300 square meters of closed area, 325 workers 60 tons per day production capacity reaches. They opened offices in Istanbul in order to be able to contact the customers abroad more quickly. Murat İNANÇ, the son of M.Fahri Bey, worked as project manager in newly established chocolate and wafer factories in Uzbekistan and Morocco.
